At DiVincy Finest Links, we believe fine jewelry should fit seamlessly into your everyday life — no removing it before a shower, a swim, or a workout. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.

Order Processing
Every DiVincy Finest Links piece is made especially for you. Rather than shipping from pre-made stock, we begin crafting your order once it's placed, which allows us to preserve the quality and care behind each piece. Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays) for your order to be prepared before it ships, and note that this window may extend slightly during busier seasons. As soon as your piece is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, we're able to accommodate cancellations or address changes only before production begins. If something needs to change, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do everything we can to help. Once your piece has entered production, we're unable to modify or cancel the order, so we appreciate you double-checking your details at checkout.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States. The estimates below reflect the full journey from order placement to your doorstep, including preparation and shipping time:

  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • United States: 5–8 business days

A valid phone number may be required to ensure smooth, successful delivery — please be sure to include one at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means any applicable customs duties and import fees are handled in advance — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Canada orders are domestic and are not subject to customs duties or import fees.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates can occasionally lag behind your package's actual progress. If your tracking information hasn't updated, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days before reaching out about a delayed or missing package.

Damaged Items
We take great care in preparing every piece, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and its packaging so we can make things right.
