Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized or custom-made pieces, gift cards, and clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the item you'd like is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can make it right, whether through a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost to you.
